Gifts from the Ancestors
November 3rd was the closing of my debut exhibition. As I was taking all the of works down, and reflecting on all the people that have helped me throughout my journey as an artist, I wanted to thank everyone who checked out my show! your support really means a lot, and I couldn’t do this work without everyone showing up to support the artwork that I create!
This past year has been full of ups and downs, in fact it has been one of the most difficult time of my life. however I am constantly reminded that I am surrounded by beautiful people, and the love that my community has shown to me and my family will stay with me for the rest of my life!

Today I’m celebrating both my first debut solo exhibition located at the Victoria Arts Council gallery, and most importantly, the engagement to the love of my life Linnea Dick. Both achievements took so long to prepare for and I will be forever grateful to everyone who helped make both possible!
I’m sharing this brief blog post as a greeting and message of appreciation! I’ve included some photos from that amazing event!
